Can I switch tiers later?▾
Yes — upgrade or downgrade any time from the app. Changes are pro-rated.
What counts as one 'AI interaction'?▾
One question you send and the answer you get back — however long either is. Asking your full C-Suite and getting all ten replies still counts as one. Two exceptions: asking several AI Brains individually counts once per brain, and a Scorecard review counts as three, because it convenes three advisors. Your allowance resets at midnight UTC.
What happens when I reach my daily limit?▾
Your work is untouched — only new AI questions pause until your allowance resets at midnight UTC. There are no overage fees and nothing is charged automatically, so waiting costs you nothing. If you'd rather keep going right away, upgrading applies instantly: move from Starter to Professional and the extra questions are available the same minute.
Do annual plans really save 2 months?▾
Yes — annual billing equals 10× the monthly price for Starter, Professional, Executive, Team, and Business tiers.
Is there a free trial of paid tiers?▾
All paid plans include a 7-day satisfaction guarantee. Try it risk-free; if it's not for you, contact support for a full refund.
How do extra seats work on Team and Business?▾
Add seats from the admin panel at €79/seat/month. Each seat gets its own dashboards, roles, and AI interaction quota.
What's the difference between the platform and the AI Literacy Certification?▾
The platform is your day-to-day AI execution toolkit. The Certification is a one-time training + exam program — independent of any subscription.
Do I need to be on a paid platform tier to join Mastermind?▾
Mastermind requires Executive-level features. Business-tier annual subscribers get priority admission.
Can I cancel anytime?▾
Yes. No long-term commitments on monthly plans. Annual plans run for the year you've paid for.
Is there an affiliate program?▾

Where is my data hosted?▾
Entirely within the EU — our platform runs on AWS eu-west-1 (Ireland). Your data stays inside EU jurisdiction, and GDPR protections apply throughout.
How do you know the AI models you use are actually safe?▾
We don't take that on faith — see our position paper, "Global SEAoNY for AI", on why the industry needs shared safety standards after multiple 2026 containment incidents at frontier labs. In practice, we use providers with the strongest safety track records available, and every AI Brain is advisory: it recommends, you decide.
Do you use our data to train AI models?▾
No. Your prompts, goals and business content are never used to train any AI model, ours or a provider's. They're processed to generate your response and retained per our privacy policy — never repurposed as training data.
